Never borrow from the future

I would like to share my Christian views to help you reduce stress. “Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn’t happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice.”

Pray, always pray. Try and go to bed on time and wake in time so you are not starting your day in a rush. Never say “Yes” to someone even if you know you shouldn’t. Say “no” to projects that don’t fit into your time schedule. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places. This only compromises your mental health and adds to your stress levels. If you have children delegate tasks that they are capable of doing. This will open some time for you and will show them they can be responsible, too. Simplify your life by removing clutter. Less is more, although one is sometimes not enough and two are often too many. Take one day at a time and separate your worries from concerns. Ask God to guide you and let go of the anxiety. If you cannot do anything about the situation, forget it. Live within your means. Keep your mouth shut (KMS); this single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble. Eat right and exercise; take care of yourself because nobody will take better care of you, than yourself. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received through God. Having problems? Look to God and every night before bed, think of the many things you are grateful for and give thanks to God. “If God is for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31
